Palestine

What virtues do we hold dear

In a world ruled by fear?

Kindness, compassion, a conscience clear

Actions in gear so we near peace and cheer

But this peace is on a lease

Subject to the whims of those who police

Those with a platform and a mouth-piece

Steering narratives through a press release

Such is their masterpiece

Making their monstrosities approbative

All with a sneer and a jeer

Erasing innocents and natives, without a tear

Strategies and fallacies spread across the sphere

Atrocities touted as victories sincere

To please the puppeteer, the racketeer

Victims being told to bear and adhere

Yet they persevere with no fear

Their courage has no peer and that, we revere

Everywhere, those who speak get a spear

Remember, it's still better than a phosphorus sear

Let's keep watching this historical souvenir

3000 stolen futures under "liberation's" snare

Their blood staining our souls' veneer

75 years of this genocidal premiere

Deracinate

Governance is like gardening

But when the powers that be take off their gloves

The ones that need protecting, keep suffering

Suited ravens and crows devouring the bleeding doves

The fragile growing stems and shoots

Which make up our Nation, our People

Rage into thorns instead of fruits

To the poisoners on the steeple

Who were put on there to defend their freedom

Now themselves the Nation's demons

Silencing the masses's voices without any reason

Illegally covering their own treason

It comes down to the citizens themselves

To descend from their shelves

To repel and oust the incompetent cartel

To use their intel and yell for Liberty's bell

For this is the way we honour our brave ancestors,

Our sons, daughters and their futures

By standing up and saying no to going astray

Maybe, just maybe one blessed day,

We truly may

Celebrate our Independence Day

Theosis

Lady in her fortress
Hiding a pulsating abscess

Voiceless squirming corpses
Sewn in the pleats of her dresses

Rabid souls shrieking
Wrung in her kohl, they sing

A lament from beyond
Her lips betraying all she conned

Seeping from her lashes blonde
Tears from the bottomless pond

And down from her perfect neck
The bourgeois's triple sec

Bitten, pecked and licked by many
Her sternum nestling the skeleton key

Further down her navel
Felled many an angel

Oh, but she's deaf
Oblivious to Seth

Stealing her every breath
As she gets closer to Death

No barriers left to transgress
No more murders to acquiesce

Time to profess
She's a harpy, not a goddess

Wolverine

Immortal, I live on
Without any memories of my past
I seek redemption
For all those felled by my blades

This life goes by fast
As I roar through the decades
My smile is a facade
As my life, a charade

Haunted by the woman I love
Who cherishes another
My fist clenches in a glove
As my chest is torn asunder

Masked and alone I stand
Even though broken
I watch the pendulum
While cursing adamantium

My existence is a disease,
Without any vaccine
Feared by Hades,
I am Wolverine

Plagued

Born and bred
Of hate, pain and fear
I was constantly fed
Until I dropped that last tear

Feeling that disease spread
Disgust made way as fear fled
I could feel it squirm and scream
Flowing through my bloodstream

Filled with dread
I was taunted as I bled:
"I would never truly be dead
For my home is your head"

Lycanthropia

So began the awakening
Of something beyond your usual evil
From man to beast
Readying for another feast
Another carnal kill

This is not just vicious
The blood, bile and pus
The razor sharp claws on those monstrous paws
The blood soaked fangs within those feral jaws
All that makes it the ultimate predator
Though powerless versus silver

Triggered by the full moon
The hatching of the cocoon
Mistake it not for your usual demon
For this is beyond
Shadow of what was once human
This is a Lycan

Seraphim

Servants of the Divine light
Tolerate morning, noon and night
Forgiveness sought for this might

Limitless power
Uncontrollable anger
Souls as wager

Half-dead corpses
Drawn are their last few breaths
Woeful yet meaningful deaths

Mangled bodies crawling in agony
Seeketh they,
Riddance from their misery

Thus our reason for being
Born from the darkness within

To souls wicked and poor alike,
Be it moments of war or peace
We offer release
By the sword and the pike

Mammon: Mortis Nuntius

The 7 deadly sins exist no longer
Defeated by one of their kin
6 of them were no longer seen
The message left by their reaper:

Pride's death was humiliating
Stripped of his arrogance, he went in hiding
It was almost too funny as his downfall was swift
And in a pool of his own blood, he floated adrift

Consumed by her desire for carnal love
That never-ending thirst of hers was her demise
With her pleasure moans and enticing cries
In the netherworld Lust found her alcove

His mouth full, Gluttony waddled around
Until his lecherous eyes suddenly popped out
Choking he thrashed and went to ground
Drooling for more, he fell prey to the hound

Sloth was dreadfully sleazy
Dispatching him to Hell was easy
Torn asunder in his lethargy so deep
He fell in that one never-ending sleep

Rage etched in his face
He fought, though futile, against my menace
And his severed head rolled down the path
So happened the murder of Wrath

Envy was family, my sister
We were kin and practically similar
But deeper ran rivalry and this is a fact
Dictated by my instincts, I ended her part in my act

Lording over many an aeon
Power and might are what I feed on
Synonymous to Avarice and Mammon,
I bear the name
Greed
And killing is my creed

Puppets

Once again, the horn resounds
For the battlefield to be littered
With their mangled corpses and metal
Above which vultures hovered

Nicking at the pile of flesh lying around
Proud soldiers, torn from life
Brave warriors, victims of strife
Fallen to the hound

Fools with those antics, I hate
They are deserving of their fate
Lawless and heartless, we endeavor
For their era to be over

There won't be any survivor
Ruthless is our demeanor
Their defeat we'll savor
While they hope for a saviour

Our kind will rise
Turning the pages of history
Our kin will make you flee
Lest, you'll all be part of the killing spree

Al Capone's Lullaby

You can be the love of a punk
You, my little skunk
You're synonymous to my subutex
The haze at the apex
The ecstasy during sex

You've been my valium
That substitute of the pauper's rum
I'll keep on consuming you
Till your senses are so blurred
That your words get slurred

You're the neighbour's poppy seed
The bitch of no breed
Morphing you to cocaine and heroin
You'll satisfy my cravin'

I am what morphine is to pain
The endorphine injected in your brain
These hands, white with opium
The song of death, I hum

I am the merchant of pleasure
And you'll need me forever
For I possess all that you treasure

Zenith

The night is blind
Gaia's cries have been stifled yet another time
Faster than the wind,
Zeus's path He'll climb
with only one thing in mind:
Annihilate those of the light

Gaia resounds with the march
of His minions
Only to the top,
just the summum!!
Find him, release the seal;
Let the world hear his pain,
that suffering of being locked away,
that ache of being kept abay.

The blooded moon drips,
The throne is finally within grasp.
Only absolute power He seeks,
for his kind to reign!
That unquenchable thirst for power
makes his pulse race once again!

The path he follows
is the one laid out by Zeus.
He's been in Heaven,
Cerberus was his friend
and he's been to Hell's doors.
What is pitch black
only he knows.

Looking around,
hears no sound;
Howling wolf spirit,
his skull split,
He will continue to strive
coz that's his purpose,
that's why he was born
and that's why he's alive.
